Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst to oversee global camera systems and ICS infrastructure. You will coordinate resources, ensure secure, reliable operations and collaborate across IT, OT, Security and Operations to advance plant automation.

Ideal candidates will have strong OT/ICS knowledge, vendor management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment. This is an on-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems
• Experience with LAN networking in OT/ICS environments
• Vendor management and procurement experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor camera system health and security across operations
• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of camera systems on ICs and corporate networks
• Manage vendor relationships for timely procurement and services
• Develop SOPs for proactive camera system maintenance to minimize downtime
• Document camera configurations, maintenance schedules, and incident reports
• Collaborate with IT, OT, Security, Cybersecurity, and Operations to align camera ops with policies
• Provide guidance on camera tech advances, audits, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Support plant automation initiatives and video-based AI projects
• Develop and manage the budget for camera system operations
• Train and mentor team members on camera system management

The Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst is responsible for overseeing the health, operability, and continuous improvement of global operations camera systems and Industrial Control System (ICS) infrastructure. This role involves coordinating internal and external resources dedicated to maintaining and optimizing camera, network, and ICs-connected systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across the organization. The position requires a strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders on industrial networking, system integration, and operational technology initiatives

What you will do:

• Monitor overall security and operations camera system health.
• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of security and operations camera systems business wide, including configuration of cameras on both the ICs and Corporate networks
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of camera system components and services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the proactive maintenance of camera systems to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
• Oversee the documentation and record-keeping of camera system configurations, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
• Collaborate across IT, OT, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, and Operations departments to align camera system operations with organizational security policies
• Provide technical guidance on camera system technology advancements, integration opportunities, system audits, operational inefficiencies, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Facilitate video-based AI initiatives by bridging technical and non-technical teams to support plant automation objectives andoperational efficiency
• Develop and manage the budget for camera system operations, including forecasting and cost control measures.
• Train and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices related to camera system management.
• Provide technical consult to Cybersecurity for management of camera and physical security systems
• Progress health and maturity of camera fleet and video management systems (VMS), including VMS troubleshooting and configuration
• Support both daily operations and project efforts
• Implement camera governance processes, including policy, procedure and program development
• Other job duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems required.
• Associate's degree required with 5+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• LAN Networking experience is required.
• Network and/or ICs Security Certification is preferred
• Willing to travel
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Experience leading vendors through project lifecycles
• Familiarity with IT and security policies, standards, and best practices
• Proven experience in managing security and operations camera systems in a global enterprise environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Knowledge of current camera system technologies and trends
• Ability to adjust priorities and direction in response to changing business and organizational needs
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to drive stakeholders’ alignment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across facilities and centralized corporate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
