Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a Compliance Analyst Level 3 to support the Annapolis Junction, MD area. A current TS/SCI Clearance with MD Polygraph is required.

The ideal candidate will perform compliance, auditing, and risk management duties across domestic and international locations, develop control frameworks, coordinate training, and report clearance gaps to the executive team.

Qualifications

• A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree, or Seven (7) years with a Bachelor’s, or Five (5) years with a Master’s.
• Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to ensure compliance with laws, orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities.
• Conduct evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails; recommend process improvements.
• Report status and clearance gaps to executive team.
• Establish control framework for domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate compliance training and updates to procedures due to new regulations.
• Monitor and analyze federal and status statues and their impact on operations.
• Guide other departments on actions/policies, conformance tests, and monitoring issues.
