Job summary

Consolidated Asset Management Services is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor for Keys Energy Center, a 766MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant in Brandywine, MD. You will lead plant operations, ensure safe, compliant performance, and coordinate with the trading desk and contractors to maximize unit availability.

The role requires 4+ years in power generation operations, strong leadership, and the ability to work rotating shifts and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years or adequate demonstrable operations experience in power generation facilities and/or similar industrial facilities.
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Understanding of federal, state, municipal and local permit limitations, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership abilities
• Ability to work rotating shifts with rotating days off.
• Must be willing to work overtime and be available for emergencies and outage maintenance.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of personnel and equipment protection requirements and develop appropriate lock-out/tag-out documents accordingly.

Consolidated Asset Management Services is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor for Keys Energy Center. The supervisor is responsible for providing strong leadership and supervision in the start-up, shutdown, operation, and maintenance of power plant equipment. This position provides direction, technical expertise and supervision to station associates and support teams.

Keys Energy Center is a 766MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant located in Brandywine, Prince George’s County, 30 minutes southeast of Washington, DC.

Other Desirable Skills

• 4 Years supervisory experience
• Technical certification or training and familiarity with Work Clearance Management System
• Maryland 3rd Class Engineer License or higher is preferred.
• Understanding of Hexagon and Red Tag Pro
