Responsibilities

• Executes complex transactions with moderate to high risk and value.
• Identifies and addresses exceptions, escalating when needed.
• Partners with internal service teams to route items and complete transactions.
• Interacts with external customers to finalize transactions and provide guidance.
• Reviews processes, suggests improvements, and supports implementation.
• Trains and onboards new hires and participates in risk mitigation activities.
