We are seeking a Senior Supply Operations Specialist to join our IOPS Supply Chain team, managing the receipt and fulfillment of Clinical and Commercial product orders while ensuring timely patient access to our medicines. In this role, you will facilitate batch disposition, manage tolling relationships with external partners, and coordinate cross-functionally to track and deliver orders — while collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and CMO teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Troy, New York

Discover your role:

  • Facilitate the site batch disposition process, participate in functional batch disposition meetings, and drive batch-impacting events toward closure to ensure timely disposition of internal and external batches
  • Act as the key point of contact for tolling relationships with external partners, implementing Regeneron’s toll manufacturing processes and maintaining business relationships to ensure efficient product delivery against required schedules
  • Manage PO and order ticket acknowledgment and acceptance processes within agreed timelines; monitor key milestones, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans to maintain timelines and minimize delays
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, DP Manufacturing, CMC-PM, Pack and Label, Finance, Tax, Quality, and Warehouse and Logistics to track and execute incoming customer orders
  • Establish and manage key business intelligence reports to accurately communicate order status from receipt through implementation; facilitate meetings with customers and stakeholders to review pipeline status
  • Enable continuous cross-site alignment between Rensselaer and Raheen, conducting gap analyses and driving actions to remove identified misalignments
  • Ensure effective, accurate, and timely communication of order status, constraints, and mitigation plans to internal functional areas; report risks and follow proper escalation paths as necessary

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a Science discipline and 5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience; level determined based on qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus; Master’s degree a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Oracle, PowerPoint, and Access Database; Lean/Continuous Improvement knowledge and APICS certification a plus
