Waste Management in Orlando is seeking a Senior, Operations Specialist for Collections to provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and coordinate daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and legal work eligibility. Mon-Fri, 6:00a-4:30p with pay range $20–$22 per hour base DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues; maintain and distribute department information; act as proxy for KRONOS updates for drivers and helpers.
• Use Microsoft Suite and related tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor; assist in processing payments and other financial tasks; support operational projects as needed; communicate with customers and employees about schedules and assignments.
