Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an ISR Operations Analyst SME to support the CIAV team with senior-level intelligence analysis and ISR expertise. You will contribute to strategic direction and mission outcomes.

The role requires extensive ISR experience, top secret/SCI eligibility, and the ability to lead planning, reporting, and training efforts across multi-source intelligence environments.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of the joint intelligence cycle.
• Experience analyzing multi-source intelligence to assess threats and support military operations.
• Experience with ISR phases: Planning/Tasking, Collection, Processing, Analysis, Dissemination.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interview military, civilian, and contractor personnel to extract information.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level leadership for planning, preparation, research, coordination, execution, and assessment of ISR tasks.
• Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, workflow visuals, and briefings.
• Conduct testing activities as required.
• Report task progress to Senior Program Management Analyst and government lead.
• Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
• Support sustainment to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
