Job summary

ITA International, a tech-enabled professional services firm, is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our Fort Meade, MD team. You will analyze complex problems, develop mathematical or simulation models, validate data, and prepare comprehensive briefings for customers.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph and advanced degrees with significant OR experience, plus strong skills in data analytics, modeling, and leadership. On-site work at Fort Meade is expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope polygraph is required.
• One of the following degree paths with corresponding experience: Bachelor's with 15+ years OR Master's with 10+ years OR Doctorate with 8+ years in OR/Operations Research.
• Experience conducting analyses of management and operational problems using OR techniques.
• Knowledge of data collection, data validation and reporting.
• Experience leading project teams and presenting to customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze management and operational problems and formulate mathematical or simulation models for solution by computers or other methods.
• Define data requirements, gather and validate information, and apply judgment and statistical tests.
• Verify and test models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation.
• Prepare reports describing problems, evaluations, and potential solutions.
• Assist in evaluating implementation and effectiveness of research; participate in design and evaluation of models with limited data.
• Develop technical trainings for client personnel and support project teams; conduct data elicitation sessions and project scoping meetings.
• Prepare summary briefings and participate in regular customer engagements.
