Job summary

PingWind is seeking an Operations Research Analyst I to provide analytical and lifecycle support to the MEWSD for Navy EW/SEWIP systems. The role integrates logistics, data science, reliability engineering, and operations research to analyze, model, and optimize system performance and lifecycle outcomes.

The position covers cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, installation, testing, sustainment, and decision-support for resource management and mission-focused performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Apply mathematical, scientific, engineering, and analytical methods to evaluate complex challenges.
• Analyze use of personnel, funding, materials, equipment, and other resources to improve performance.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
• Gather and analyze information from large datasets to support decisions.
• Develop and apply models to represent complex systems and resources.
