Balazs is seeking an Operations Quality Manager in Phoenix, AZ to guide quality management at an onsite gas plant supporting the electronics campus. The successful candidate will have over 8 years of quality management experience and a strong grasp of quality tools like Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of technicians and specialists.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality.
