Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks an IS Operation Production Coordinator to support the Project Management Team with production changes and issue resolutions. You will review drawings, verify Change Orders, and coordinate with Engineering and IMS to keep records accurate and up-to-date.

You will help manage multiple project changes, communicate cadence, and ensure safety and compliance with applicable codes while delivering reliable project support.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading construction drawings and equipment specs.
• Knowledge of low voltage switchboard design and installation.
• Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to reduce costs without impacting quality or reliability.
• Familiarity with local, state and federal codes for switchboards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate action on assigned requests.
• Communicate with engineering, project management and IMS.
• Set and maintain a standard of excellence for quality of work.
• Set daily goals and ensure follow-through.
• Resolve issues with engineering tools and resources.
• Understand construction, circuit breakers, transformers, UPS and control systems.
• Take a methodical approach and make accurate measurements.
• Keep up with industry developments and meet project deadlines.
• Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.
• Make decisions based on technical documents and E-drawings; follow strict guidelines.
