Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + 6 years of directly related work experience, or a master’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years of experience.
• Experience in administration, financial, personnel and organizational planning and program development.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasts, develops and implements policies and procedures in customer service, staff management and budgetary goals and objectives.
• Analyzes process outcomes and workflow to identify efficiencies in productivity and savings.
• Markets and promotes new and existing programs and services to internal and external customers.
• Participates in university-wide committees to establish customer service standards and administrative plans and policies.
• Monitors the appropriateness and effectiveness of service within the division to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Develops departmental strategies aligned with continuous quality improvement and oversees staff development.
