Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Operations Consultant to lead complex investigations and apply root cause analysis across support functions. You will drive data-driven improvements, collaborating with advisors and business partners to reduce escalations and improve efficiency.

This full-time hybrid role requires a minimum of four in-office days weekly at one of our hubs. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and compensation includes a competitive package with benefits and an annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in financial services operations or customer service is expected.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional investigations of escalations and perform root cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive RCA documentation and tracking.
• Analyze escalation and RCA data to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with advisors and teams to align resolution strategies.
• Support staff engagement initiatives and capture actionable feedback.
• Propose process and system improvements to reduce errors and cycle times.
• Identify knowledge gaps and drive training and communication solutions.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Produce dashboards and presentations for leadership decisions.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and optimize further.
