Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional investigations of complex escalations and perform root cause analyses to reduce issue recurrence and improve experiences.
• Develop and maintain case and root cause documentation to enable timely resolution and leadership visibility.
• Analyze escalation and RCA data to identify trends and improve efficiency, first-contact resolution, and service quality.
• Facilitate collaboration across advisors, support staff, and business partners to align resolution strategies and drive accountability.
