Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Operations Officer to support the MARFORPAC G-35 Future Operations Directorate. You will provide senior operational and administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director, and branch heads, coordinate meetings and battle rhythms, track actions, and develop executive-level future operations products.

Required qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance, 20+ years of military service in operational roles, service at O-4/O-5 or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree, completion

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 20+ years of military service in operational positions.
• Military service at the O-4/O-5 commissioned officer, E-7/E-9 enlisted, or W-1/W-3 warrant officer level.
• Completion of Command and Staff College.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for G-35 visitors and meeting requests involving the Director, Deputy Director, and branch heads.
• Track and follow up on Directorate tasks and issue status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate Operational Planning Teams and other working groups as directed.
• Develop executive-level future operations presentations and readiness reports.
