Job summary

Caxton Associates in New York seeks an experienced individual for an Operations role. You'll support daily processes, work closely with treasury operations, and engage with portfolio management.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in middle office roles, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of middle office operational experience, preferably with a macro hedge fund or asset management firm.
• Strong knowledge of Futures, FX, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivative products.
• Management and mentoring experience, or the appetite to grow into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of US-based Operations and Middle Office functions.
• Lead and co-ordinate the systematic end-of-day processes and controls.
• Monitor daily wire transfers and margin movements.

Skills

Middle office operational experience

Knowledge of Futures, FX, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivative products

Familiarity with trade matching middleware platforms

AI-driven solutions implementation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
