Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the medical practice.
• Collaborate with providers on business analytics and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate communication between team members and physicians to ensure appropriate care and outcome planning.
• Ensure staff follow policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to improve patient care operations.
• Consult with revenue/financial stakeholders regarding patient financial responsibility and reimbursements.
• Maintain fiscal management of the department and proper use of resources.
• Communicate departmental and organizational information to staff.
