Everllence is seeking a Manager, Operations to oversee Brookshire workshop activities, driving repair/overhaul of turbomachinery and engines while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will align with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and financial results.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, workforce development, and strong leadership to meet customer commitments and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a technical/operations role.
• Experience leading workshop/industrial operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, ISO standards, and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality repairs and overhauls.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and resources to maximize productivity and meet commitments.
• Monitor KPIs in safety, quality, efficiency, delivery, and profitability; report to leadership.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; support audits.
