Position: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Detroit, MI

The Role

The Senior Manager supports operations at assigned locations, ensuring all aspects including team performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety meet Metropolis standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving requests efficiently and proactively communicating improvements.
  2. Conduct routine visits to locations to ensure proper procedures and identify operational issues.
  3. Support team and clients beyond regular hours when necessary.
  4. Manage budgets, operate within revenue protocols, and oversee Profit and Loss statements.
  5. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring proper staffing and customer service quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and problem-solving.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining budgets.
  • Effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
