Pratt and Whitney ACT, a business unit within the Hot Section Module Center (HSMC), is seeking a highly talented and motivated Operations manager to lead the Operations team, as well as maintaining high levels of employee engagement across the organization.
The candidate selected for this role will provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building. You will be able to communicate effectively and have strong strategic leadership and business acumen. You will excel in forward thinking and ensure the business is customer focused, enabling it to meet the demands of a difficult manufacturing environment.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
