Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) in Wasilla, Alaska, seeks an Operations Manager III to lead a large department with a multi-specialty staff and a substantial budget. The role coordinates exempt clinical staff and partners closely with clinical leaders to maintain quality services for customer-owners and a healthy work environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least four years of multispecialty management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Four (4) years of experience managing a multispecialty practice of 20 or more employees OR demonstrated proficiency as a Manager II at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and operation of a large department or program with >$5 million budget and >45 FTEs including multiple specialties.
• Coordinate exempt level clinical staff, such as physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers, in partnership with clinical and operational leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to deliver high-quality services for customer-owners and maintain a healthy work environment.
