Job summary

LHH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead two manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, and distribution facilities in the United States. The role focuses on optimizing operations, building high-performing teams, improving safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across a growing multi-site network.

Travel is required between facilities in two states; candidate will drive KPIs, standardize processes, manage budgets, and partner with Finance, HR, Quality, and Engineering to meet

• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and customer fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site leadership teams across multiple locations.
• Drive operational performance in warehousing, production, assembly, inventory management, shipping, and distribution.
• Set and standardize processes, KPIs, and best practices across facilities.
• Manage budgets, labor utilization, inventory performance, and efficiencies.
• Ensure delivery, production goals, and service levels are met.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.
• Foster safety, accountability, engagement, and excellence.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and HR.
• Use data and metrics to identify growth, cost reduction, and productivity opportunities.
• Support facility expansions and strategic operational initiatives.
• Travel between facilities in two states.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead two manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, and distribution facilities. This role will be responsible for optimizing operations, developing high-performing teams, improving safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across a growing multi-site network.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop site leadership teams across multiple locations.


• Drive operational performance in warehousing, production, assembly, inventory management, shipping, and distribution.


• Establish and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices across all facilities.


• Manage budgets, labor utilization, inventory performance, and operational efficiencies.


• Ensure customer delivery expectations, production goals, and service levels are consistently achieved.


• Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.


• Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.


• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, and HR teams to support business objectives.


• Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.


• Support facility expansions, integration efforts, and strategic operational initiatives.


• Travel required between facilities in two different states

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations.


• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing managers and building successful teams.


• Experience driving operational improvements through Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.


• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and performance metrics.


• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and customer fulfillment processes.


• Experience using ERP, WMS, and other operational systems.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary Range: $150,000-$165,000
