DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a warehouse team in California, driving efficient workflows and upholding safety standards. You will manage labor planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and improve overall performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a supervisory role, plus logistics experience; P&L familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics to support decision-making.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional satisfaction.
