• Understanding of CM roles: REs, CMs, inspectors, material testers, source inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and client coordination across projects.
• Direct field staff and ensure QA/QC compliance with Caltrans standards.
• Oversee staffing, invoicing, and project financials with accounting involvement.
• Drive process improvements and implement operational systems.
• Ensure safety, monitor performance, and report KPIs.
