Job Description

Position: Senior Operations Manager In Retirement Services
Senior Lead – Client Operations & Services
Location: Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate
Work Model: Fully onsite at Infosys Delivery Center

Infosys McCamish Systems, a subsidiary of Infosys BPM Ltd in Atlanta, is seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager with Retirement Services domain expertise. The role involves managing client engagements, developing the capabilities of the Infosys McCamish RS TPA unit, and ensuring sustainable, scalable business relationships. Responsibilities include business planning, solution design, business development, transition coordination, resource planning, process documentation, training, governance, performance management, SLA compliance, customer interaction, financial review, knowledge management, automation, and transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through successful service delivery and SLA management. Develop business cases and lead discussions to articulate company values and strategy. Achieve high customer delight and positive references.
  • Monitor and manage the financials of the unit, fostering a P&L mindset. Oversee adherence to processes and policies, and identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive work environment, professional growth, and succession planning. Drive team performance towards customer service excellence.
  • Inspire and lead the team to resolve challenges, build leadership capacity, and promote continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement strategies for the TPA team aligned with business objectives, contributing to overall company strategy.
  • Support other departments with insights, data analysis, and operational expertise.
Qualifications

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Proven leadership in the services sector within retirement services.
  • Experience managing global operations and profit & loss responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting sales efforts and implementing automation and process transformation.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Additional Notes

Applicants must have valid work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, with communication via phone, email, or face-to-face.

Work Model

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Atlanta, GA.
