Senior Operations Manager in Retirement Services - Senior Lead, Client Operations & Services

Location: Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate. This role is fully onsite at the Infosys Delivery Center.

Infosys McCamish Systems, a subsidiary of Infosys BPM Ltd in Atlanta, is seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager with expertise in Retirement Services to oversee multiple client engagements. The role involves planning, organizing, reviewing, and developing the capabilities of the Infosys McCamish RS TPA unit to ensure sustainable and scalable business relationships. Responsibilities include business planning, solution design, business development, transition coordination, process definition, training, governance, performance management, automation, and transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Management: Ensure client satisfaction and retention through service delivery and SLA management. Collaborate with support departments to foster client growth. Develop business cases and communicate company values and strategies effectively.
2. Business Oversight: Monitor financials, promote a P&L mindset, and meet key metrics such as revenue and margin. Ensure adherence to processes and policies, and identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
3. Team Leadership: Lead by example, foster a positive work environment, oversee professional development, and drive team towards shared goals.
4. Leadership & Strategy: Inspire teams, build leadership capacity, promote continuous improvement, and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
5. TPA Strategy: Design and execute the strategy for the TPA team, contributing to overall company strategy.
6. Cross-Functional Support: Provide operational insights and expertise to other departments.

Qualifications:

Basic: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years relevant experience.

Preferred: Proven leadership in retirement services, managing global operations, profit & loss responsibility, supporting sales, automation, and process transformation experience. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential.

Work Model: Fully onsite in Atlanta, GA, with occasional travel.
