Job summary

SGP Recruiting is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of Site Superintendents and Project Managers at their Quantico locations. Qualifications

• Five years of work experience in management, project development, and design-build construction.
• Experience with JOC or IDIQ contracts preferred.
• Ability to manage a multimillion-dollar project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Site Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Define project scope and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and OSHA standards.
• Prepare detailed monthly project status reports.
• Maintain relationships with Federal, State, and Municipal matters.
