About The Role

As a Senior Account Operations Manager at Commure + Athelas, you will play a key role in our Operations team, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management. You will collaborate across departments—including Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management—to define and optimize critical business processes. You will have end-to-end ownership, ensuring efficient execution, seamless client onboarding, and driving business metrics. This high-visibility role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to address emerging business challenges, with rapid growth potential.

The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in Central and Eastern Time Zones.

What You'll Do
  • Drive client growth through operational optimization and new initiatives
  • Improve operational metrics like process throughput and defect rates
  • Standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation to support scaling
  • Ensure timely execution of internal projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals
  • Design systems and processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Break down complex business problems and own outcomes
  • Proactively identify and solve emerging issues
  • Manage relationships with large accounts representing $1.2 - $1.5M ARR
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as escalation point
  • Travel 10-20% as needed
What You Have
  • 3-5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Leadership experience in client-facing roles
  • Passion for customer interaction and delivering excellent service
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Relentless pursuit of understanding and truth
  • Confidence in client interactions and presenting difficult topics
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
  • Drive, curiosity, attention to detail, and a successful track record
  • Experience understanding client use cases and aligning them with company practices
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with sales, operations, and engineering
  • Ability to document and develop best practices for onboarding and implementation
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or startup environment is a plus
