Freudenberg in the United States seeks an experienced Production Leader to plan and manage production schedules, supervise large teams, and drive safety, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement across functions.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, oversee significant budgets, report to senior leadership, and develop talent through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning while pursuing innovation and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing.
• 8+ years of experience and at least 4 years of leadership in complex production.
• Strong in Lean, ERP/MES, safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and people skills.
