Job summary

• Up to 3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and complete basic computer/data entry tasks.
• Basic English proficiency and fluency in the local language required.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a production environment.

• Operate and monitor production equipment, adjusting settings as needed within established limits.
• Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; promptly report equipment, safety, or environmental issues.
• Follow all safety, HSE, and work instructions while completing required production documentation.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members while learning operating procedures and production processes.

Schedule: 12 hr. swing shift, 6:40-6:50 rotating between days and nights.
