  • Directly manage and develop managers and supervisors across all non-production areas of the FC, including Receiving, Inventory, Facility Maintenance, QC, and Prep. Establish clear expectations, accountability, KPIs, and development plans for the site leadership team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long- and short-term company goals. Prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide value-driven feedback to direct reports.
  • Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, ensuring Receiving, Inventory, Maintenance, QC, Prep, Production, and Shipping operate effectively and collaboratively to meet or exceed operational goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes to meet business needs. Implement best practices and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the warehouse. Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Together, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover within the warehouse.
