Job summary

ForceBrands in SoHo, New York, seeks an experienced supply chain professional to own inventory planning and drive demand forecasting across channels. The role covers production decisions, freight coordination with a 3PL partner, and close collaboration with senior leaders to scale consumer brands into retail channels.

You will improve ERP workflows, reporting, and working capital while thriving in a hands-on startup culture.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory planning, demand planning, or logistics within a high-growth CPG company.
• Strong experience managing inventory planning, supply planning, and 3PL relationships.
• Experience helping emerging consumer brands scale into retail channels with an understanding of operations beyond DTC.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory planning by translating demand forecasts into production, purchasing, and inventory decisions across all sales channels.

• Manage supply planning across co-manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, vendors, and approximately 10-15 supplier relationships.
• Own and continuously improve inventory planning models, ERP workflows, and operational reporting to support forecasting, working capital, and service levels.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support retail expansion while balancing inventory health, cash flow, and customer experience.
• Operate as a hands-on leader in a lean, highly collaborative startup environment where everyone contributes beyond their functional lane.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4-7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory planning, demand planning, or logistics within a high-growth CPG company
• Strong experience managing inventory planning, supply planning, and 3PL relationships
• Experience helping emerging consumer brands scale into retail channels with an understanding of operations beyond DTC
• Self-starter with an ownership mentality who enjoys solving problems, building processes, and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and experience working within ERP systems
• Startup experience is strongly preferred, along with a collaborative, low-ego approach and excellent communication skills
