We’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to own and optimize our internal logistics systems. This role sits at the center of supply chain, inventory, and cross-functional communication ensuring our teams always know where our product is, what’s coming, and what risks or opportunities are ahead.
You’ll manage day-to-day logistics while also leading larger operational initiatives, including warehouse oversight and inventory optimization. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with production, retail, e-commerce, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics across warehouses, stores, and partners
- Track and communicate real-time status of inventory, shipments, and delays to internal teams
- Act as the internal source of truth for where product lives and how it moves
- Build and maintain SOPs for inventory flow, fulfillment, and logistics processes
- Monitor inventory levels and movement to support retail, e-commerce, and wholesale needs
- Identify aging inventory and develop strategies to offload or repurpose deadstock
- Partner with merchandising and planning to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory health
- Lead large-scale operational projects such as 3PL onboarding or systems transitions
- Create timelines, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Identify inefficiencies and provide scalable process improvements as the business grows
- Serve as the operational liaison between internal teams and external partners (3PLs, freight carriers, warehouses)
- Proactively communicate risks, delays, and solutions across teams
- Support retail and e-commerce with inventory visibility and operational planning

Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (consumer goods, retail, or DTC preferred)
- Experience working with warehouses and/or 3PL partners
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERPs, or WMS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data and reporting
- Background in apparel or consumer retail
