YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your management skills and passion for operational excellence? This role involves overseeing accounts and leading staff to meet customer requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage account execution, ensuring SOP compliance and operational best practices. Serve as the main contact for logistics and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Maintain and audit essential account documentation and data accuracy.
• Drive operational improvements through regular reviews and proactive solutions.
• Lead staff to fulfill SOP, scheduled tasks, and responsibilities.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and prepare performance reports for reviews and meetings.

• Power BI Development & Reporting
• Design and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as warehouse performance, inventory, and transportation costs.
• Utilize DAX and Power Query for complex data modeling.
• Data Extraction & Management
• Write SQL queries for data extraction from operational systems.
• Cleanse and validate data for high-quality reporting.
• Generate detailed reports on logistics metrics.
• Excel Analysis
• Perform advanced data analysis and financial modeling using Excel.
• Use complex formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and array functions.
• Business Intelligence & Data Visualization
• Create visualizations for stakeholders to understand logistics data.
• Provide insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strategic Decision Support
• Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports for management on logistics strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Team Leadership and Development
• Manage, mentor, and develop analysts.
• Guide problem-solving and performance reviews.
• Risk Management and Compliance
• Ensure operations comply with policies and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Change Management
• Lead team through organizational changes.
• Ensure quick adaptation to new tools and processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education & Experience: BA/BS in business, finance, MIS, or logistics. 8-10 years in international transportation & logistics. Knowledge of process mapping, tariffs, systems, and regulations. Six Sigma training preferred.
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Access, Visio. Experience automating reports with Power BI. Building and maintaining Access databases. Ensuring system integration for seamless data flow.
• Characteristics: Strong analytical skills, organized, self-starter, detail-oriented. Excellent communication and project management skills.
