Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for associates and managers on operations, safety, compliance, customer service, and company standards.
• Coach and mentor managers and emerging leaders to improve performance and leadership capabilities.
• Lead special projects including new location launches, operational turnarounds, process improvements, and support for underperforming locations.
• Travel up to 70% as needed, including overnight and extended stays.
• Quickly assess operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Partner with local leadership to improve performance, reinforce policies, and maintain operational standards.
• Conduct audits, process reviews, and post-project assessments while providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers across locations and provide clear, constructive feedback.
