BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program that travels to plasma centers nationwide and prepares you for an Operations Manager role.

Upon completion, you’ll relocate to a BioLife location. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and rapid career growth in a high-volume donor center environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel and relocate across BioLife locations during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for long shifts and lift light to moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program lasting ~6 months.
• Develop and manage teams across plasma centers and support staff planning/ Recruiting.
• Advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager through mentorship and networking across BioLife.
• Provide operational support and contribute to a high-energy team environment.
• Support donor experience and production activities as needed.
• Travel across the country with periodic home time.
