Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program. Expect six months of intensive training, followed by a year to qualify for a Plasma Center Manager role, with relocation to BioLife centers nationwide.

You will travel up to 100% during the program, lead teams, and advance toward open centers, while delivering strong donor service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development through a six‑month expedited training program with mentorship.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse team, conduct performance reviews, assist in staffing and development.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and potentially open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast‑paced environment, provide operational support and coordinate with senior management.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and support production as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: network with BioLife teams nationwide and return home on weekends.
