Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an Operations Manager for its Washington branch in Lacey, WA.

You will direct operations across Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities, lead a high-performing team, and drive accountability through performance feedback. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse, call center and/or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
