Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
Proven leadership in operations management.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical assemblies and processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and technicians to meet production goals.
Ensure products are manufactured, assembled, tested, and documented per specs and quality standards.
Guide builds, testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and PM to ensure seamless execution.
Manage KPI performance including on-time delivery, efficiency, quality, and cost.
