Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead overall operations across ABC facilities. You will foster a supportive work environment, uphold family-focused service, and own financial, safety, and compliance outcomes for the location.

Ideal candidate has 6+ years of people management across multiple sites, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Expect competitive pay, up to $18k bonus, and a path from OMSenior OM to Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• High emotional intelligence when working with families and teams.
• Strong and professional communication among department leaders.
• Ability to manage financials, safety, and compliance for the location.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Attract, engage and retain 25-50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director and departmental leaders on operations quality.
