Qualifications

• Proven leadership of safety and Lean initiatives across a manufacturing operation.
• Experience managing production planning and bottleneck resolution.
• Skilled in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong vendor management and equipment procurement experience.
• Knowledge of SOP creation, quality management, audits, and corrective actions.
• Experience with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety across the operation and minimize OSHA metrics.
• Oversee equipment uptime, maintenance, and PM schedules; manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, deliveries, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Manage quality assurance and corrective actions; perform fabrication audits and records.
• Oversee production planning and bottleneck solutions; support inventory management and write-offs.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and offboard operational and production staff.
