You will oversee production scheduling, maintenance, process discipline, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet delivery and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience directing production operations with schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Lean/Six Sigma/5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies implemented.
• ERP systems, production planning tools, and data analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate daily production operations against schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee Plant Manager and Production Supervisor performance and staffing levels.
• Manage maintenance programs for production equipment and facility systems.
• Forecast budgets, allocate resources, and plan capital equipment needs.
