Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 10+ years of engineering, project management, or technical leadership experience.
• Past leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical power distribution, motion control, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan weekly work assignments by staff.
• Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all employees meet required safety training (OSHA, First Aid, CPR).
• Provide performance appraisals, feedback and growth opportunities for team members.

• Survey customers to achieve satisfaction targets and address feedback.
