Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Sciences or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.).
• Extensive experience/knowledge of electrical construction, finance, and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to apply leadership techniques to maximize employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including costs, billing, and forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Track accounts receivable and working capital.
• Evaluate goals based on labor, materials, and equipment resources; implement efficiency strategies.
• Manage change orders and pursue additional work opportunities.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high-quality service.
