Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial services, machining, repair, fabrication, or related industry.
• Experience leading multi-department industrial operations and managers.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, labor, equipment, and resources.
• Experience managing budgets, operating costs, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to improve processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; knowledge of safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Vernon facility and develop operational strategies.
• Oversee production, machining, welding/fabrication, maintenance, quality, scheduling, and facility ops.
• Ensure customer commitments, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, cost, downtime, and delivery.
• Lead, develop, and hold managers/accountable for performance.
• Provide operational reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives that drive facility growth and long-term success.
