Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Registered Operations Leader to oversee branch operations, coach staff, and support advisors in delivering financial planning services. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within the Ameriprise Advisor Group.

The candidate will manage reports, budgets, and real estate initiatives while coordinating with senior leadership to meet business targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5–7 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 150 days.
State securities agent registration or ability to obtain within 150 days.
State IAR registration or ability to obtain within 150 days.
Licenses for Life, Accident & Health or ability to obtain within 150 days.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; team leadership ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor branch staff; collaborate with advisors and leadership.
Oversee operational processes to support revenue, client experience and efficiency.
Prepare plans, summaries and meetings; manage schedules and paperwork flow.
Build, track and analyze branch reports; ensure compliance and training needs.
