Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead a large-scale customer operation on-site in Tennessee. You will own site performance across safety, quality, delivery, staffing, training, retention, and cost, while driving continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.

You will partner with leadership to set strategic direction, manage workforce planning, and develop teams to achieve MAU and customer goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing customer relationships and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing, safety, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for site performance across safety, quality, delivery, staffing, training, retention, productivity, and cost.
• Drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with customer and MAU leadership teams.
• Develop trusted partnerships by understanding business needs and delivering consistent results.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, trainers, and operational support staff.
