You will drive strategic operational plans, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor managers to achieve service levels, cost efficiency, and growth aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, procurement, forecasting, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Ensure processes align with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and control processes.
• Partner with procurement, merchandising, transportation, and vendor teams to optimize flow.
