Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. The Operations Manager will own end-to-end depot operations, leading a high-performing team to exceed metrics and scale processes in fast-paced environments.

You’ll drive fleet performance, coach personnel, and deliver data-driven improvements across operations, vehicle uptime, and customer experience. This leadership role shapes Atoms’ growth and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations or logistics, with ownership of execution in fast-paced settings.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership, including hiring and coaching.
• Proven experience managing fleet operations to maximize uptime.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align HQ and field teams.
• Builder mindset with product orientation and cross-team collaboration.
• Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.
