Job summary

Anne Carlsen in Jamestown, ND is seeking an Early Intervention Operations Manager to ensure that home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services for eligible infants and toddlers (0-3) and their families are delivered timely and in line with North Dakota regulations.

The role includes implementing best practices, supervising regional teams, managing program operations, and promoting high-quality, financially sound programming while maintaining travel and licensure

Qualifications

• Education and/or years’ experience required: Bachelor’s degree in listed fields.
• Three years’ experience in any of the required professions.
• One year supervisory, management or program responsibility.
• Valid North Dakota Driver’s License.
• Local travel required.

Responsibilities

• This position supervises the regional Early Intervention team including Early Interventionists, Service Access Representatives, and Experienced Parents.
• Assures timely and compliant delivery of home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to eligible 0-3 infants and toddlers and families.
• Implements best practices and ensures efficient operation of service delivery.
